Damaged or Incorrect Items:

We take great care in packaging and shipping your art. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at here with:

• Photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy

• Your order number and full name

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, work with you to repair, replace, or offer store credit, at our discretion.

Shipping and Handling:

Buyers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect address entries.
